Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Winter Season (January 3 – March 31)
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Off-Peak Season (April 1 – December 20)
A non-refundable deposit of 10% is due at the time of booking.
Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.

A non-refundable deposit of 10% is due at the time of booking.
Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival.

Parking: Additional parking is available at the Town of Vail parking structures for a fee.

Smoke-Free Property: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
